The Leadership Masterclass is Women for Change's flagship annual event in Sydney — a morning of mentoring, networks and momentum for emerging leaders, and a way of engaging talented professional women and students in philanthropy.
The 2025 Masterclass brought mentors and mentees together across industries, with practical sessions on presence, career navigation and leading in a diverse world. The 2024 edition, 'Empowering Growth', paired participants with senior leaders from finance, health and technology.
Proceeds support our scholarship programs across Kenya, India and Nepal — so a morning invested in your own leadership also funds a year of someone else's education.
Details for the 2026 Leadership Masterclass are being finalised. Register your interest below and we'll be in touch when tickets open.
